Roger J. Moody, Chairman of the Board

Retired Electrical & Electronic Engineer, since 1994. From 1959 to 1994, held various executive positions with IBM, AT&T, Teletype Corp., and CBS. He has also served as CEO of a number of private companies and currently serves as a director of Sandpiper Synergies, Bluetorch On-Line Games and J.S. Vascular.

Paul Larkin, CEO, President

Mr. Larkin is President of the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Mr. Larkin held various accounting and banking positions for over a decade before founding New Dawn in 1983. He is currently a Director of U.S. Geothermal Inc. (TSX.V - GTH) and serves on the boards of a number of public and private companies.

Robbie Robson, CEO of Tyner Texas Operating Company, Advisory Board

Mr. Robson was the founder of Pontotoc Production Company Inc. a privately owned oil and gas company, which completed a merger to form Pontotoc Production Inc,; a Nasdaq listed oil and gas company from 1997 until the company was sold in 2001. Mr. Robson was the President and CEO of the public company. Mr. Robson is currently the Vice-President/General Manager of Pontotoc Production Co. Inc.

Nial Barrett, CFO

Mr. Barrett, in addition to acting as CFO of a number of Public Companies, is Vice President of the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Upon completion of his B.A. (UBC) Mr. Barrett held various accounting and financial consulting positions before joining New Dawn in 2005.

Timothy Jurek, Board of Directors

Mr. Jurek of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a Petroleum Engineer and graduate of West Point Academy, and has extensive experience in the gas industry with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. In 1981, he formed Western States Gas, the first of nine natural gas gathering and marketing companies which Mr. Jurek founded and operated between 1981 and the present. Mr. Jurek has also served as a director and officer of a number of United States gas marketing companies and has been an active member of the gas industry association.

Richard Schmitt, Board of Directors

Mr. Schmitt is a Petroleum Geologist and brings to the Company an extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He is currently President, CEO and a director of Canmex Minerals Corporation, a TSX Venture listed oil and gas company (TSX.V – CXM) and is also VP Exploration and Business Development of Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd. (TSX.V – PXX), both managed by the Lundin Group. Prior to joining Canmex Minerals, he was President and General Manager, Yemen, for Occidental Petroleum (January 2001 to December 2005) and was General Manager, Australia, for Nexen Inc. (April 1998 to September 2000).

Phil Kendrick, Advisory Board

Mr. Kendrick is a graduate of the University of Texas, and is the President of Kendrick Oil and Gas Company, an 85-year-old family oil company located in Abilene, Texas. Mr. Kendrick also founded Harken Energy Inc., a NASDAQ listed publicly traded oil and gas company.
